Introduction – MSCC MPPT 7-30/110 12V/24V Solar Battery Charge Controller

The MSCC MPPT 7-30/110 12V/24V Solar Battery Charge Controller is a multi-stage Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) photovoltaic battery charge controller designed with advanced MPPT technology. It intelligently adjusts the solar panel operating point to extract the maximum available power and efficiently charge the battery system.

General Description

The controller features a high-efficiency Buck conversion circuit and an intelligent MCU that continuously monitors the solar panel voltage in real time. When sunlight, temperature, or humidity changes, it automatically recalculates the Maximum Power Point (MPP) and adjusts the panel operating point. As a result, the controller maintains maximum energy harvest under changing environmental conditions. Compared with traditional PWM controllers, the MPPT7 Series can improve solar power utilization by approximately 5%–30%, depending on the solar panel characteristics and operating conditions.

Smart MPPT Power Tracking

The intelligent MPPT algorithm continuously tracks the optimum operating point of the solar array. As a result, the solar panels deliver maximum power output even when solar irradiance and temperature fluctuate throughout the day.

Higher Charging Efficiency

Compared with conventional PWM charge controllers, the MPPT7 Series converts excess panel voltage into usable charging current. This improves charging efficiency, speeds up battery charging, and increases the overall utilization of solar energy.

Wall-Mount Installation

The controller is designed for convenient wall-mounted installation. It is suitable for residential, commercial, and small industrial solar systems. In addition, its compact design allows easy integration into both new and existing solar installations.
