It’s an aluminum solar mounting stanchion/post designed to support and secure solar panels. The adjustable top bracket allows panels or rails to be fixed at a specific angle.
How is it used in solar installation?
The base plate is bolted to a concrete slab, roof, or structural surface. The vertical post provides elevation and clearance. The top adjustable bracket connects to Solar mounting rails, or Directly to the panel frame (in some systems). Installers adjust the tilt angle using the bracket to optimize solar generation.
