General Description
With 100% DC operation, the MAXIMA aircon is designed for direct connection to the battery bank of a photovoltaic system. Available in 1T, 1.5T and 2T capacities, all the Maxima aircons use double-rotary inverter compressors and pure copper tubes heat exchangers to make the system efficient while increasing the system reliability of the system.
50% Less Energy Consumption
MAXIMA aircon have 14 BTU/W EER, making it extremely efficient. Maxima aircon use about 40% less energy as compared to traditional aircons. Additional savings in power conversion from avoiding use of power inverters to convert DC into AC, Maxima DC aircon allow total savings in excess of 50%. These savings translated directly into saving in the solar system and therefore the overall cost of the system.
Pure Copper Coils
Copper coils are expensive for a reason. Not only are they more efficient in transferring heat – which is by far the most important feature as far as solar-powered aircons are concerned, but also are known to offer better strength and reliability, ease of maintenance and resistance to corrosion.

A cutting-edge technology that dramatically increases the efficiency of the system, the flow of compressed refrigerant into the evaporator is done using a central controller that optimally regulates the flow of refrigerant in order to use only what is needed – avoiding waste of precious energy.
