Introduction
Maxima solar pumps employ the most efficient and user-friendly setup to make the pump easy to use. All the necessary power drives and electronics to control and optimize the pumps’ performance are fully integrated and built inside the motor, making the pump set’s operation “PLUG AND PLAY” – just connect the solar panels to it and it runs – most efficiently.
Design Feature
Maxima DC pumps use permanent-magnet motor technology that assures high efficiency. This entails smaller number of PV modules in the system.
Additionally, a completely integrated motor is designed to have NO-Maintenance. This makes Maxima pump’s idea for supplying water in remote difficult to reach areas, where the normal grid supply is either inconsistent or completely unavailable.
Integrated Protection
The inverter included and endure high voltage fluctuations from the grid, keeping the system on even during steep voltage drops.
Modified Sine Wave
Maxima DC pumps’ centrifugal range has a unique dry-running protection function. No additional probe or float switch is required to detect the condition. A delta-T of 30 mins assures that there is a minimum of 30 minutes delay between stop and start cycle.
Construction Features
- Multistage centrifugal type with datial or semi-axial impellers
- Pump and Motor coupled via direct-rigid coupling
- SS impellers on ‘floating clearance rings (synthetic low abrasion material)” to minimize wear and tear
